    This store ''used'' to be great. Several years ago they had staff that treated you like a ''customer'' listened to your needs and instantly made good on any defective product issues. My needs or concerns never required help from the Manager. That has all changed, for the worse. Now,if you can get a sales person, when they aren,t chatting with their friends, examining boxes or just plain not in sight, they know little if anything regarding many of their products, you can tell when they,re guessing the answer to your question. As far as policy, they usually give a clipped answer with no ''thinking outside the box'' attempted. Then comes the Manager. I have had to return defective items twice in the past several months, both with 3 year extra warranty protection. In neither case was I allowed to simply pay to upgrade to a better similar product. The Cordless phones had terrible wire connections and frayed quickly, they said I had to take the same thing even though I pointed out their defective wiring ( the fact it was a defective product didn,t matter to them) or I could get a gift card but I couldn,t use the gift card until after Christmas,WTF?? The second one, a set of wireless speakers had a similar wiring issue, poor plastic and connections to the plug-ins caused easy fraying, causing shorts. These I have replaced twice with the same issues as above. The Manager refuses to budge on policy even when I read him the part of the contract indicating ''The Company'' (him in other words), have the option to replace a product of equal value... Well they don,t even make those anymore and I have been waiting two days to find out what he,s going to do, he has yet to call me, I have to keep calling him back. Oh, and if I choose the gift card option I have to have it sent to me from ''The Company'' I am still waiting to hear from him on if I have to send in my speakers before they mail out the gift card to me ( 2 days now, no word) Customer service sucks big time here, go to another store to purchase your ''gadgets'' the products are subpar and their ''extra warranty'' is useless.
